Social media firm nets $30,000 grant

A local company plans to use a $30,000 grant to build an online subscription platform for its collaborative business software.

Two-year-old OPIN received the funding from Coral CEA and says the money will also be used to integrate its technology with existing social media tools such as Twitter and Facebook, as well as provide marketing and sales support.
